We will ship out your order within 1 business day, unless it is a custom order. We ship custom orders within 24 hours of completion. Please allow 14 days for custom orders.
If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer free returns or exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.
We will replace new items if they are defective or damaged, of course.
Bought the wrong color or size? That's all right! We'll issue you a store credit via Apple Wallet.
Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Custom orders are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Returned items must be returned in original packaging.
Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use, including scratches on lenses or the frame.
Returned items must have all original parts (i.e. not missing a screw).
Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.
You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are shipping an item over $75, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee we will receive your returned item.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
